General conditions of transport for hauliers

• payment due 45 days after obtaining original CMR verified by the customer and an invoice
• tax requirement to deliver these documents within 15 days after transport
• price for standing time during transport between EU states within 24 hours for loading or unloading is included
• vehicle and cargo insurance as an agreement with CMR is a requirement to accept your order
• in case of licence plate change, change of vehicle, missing deadline etc. Contact us immediately
• direct contact with the customer is not allowed
• unless other agreement is made, highway fees, customs clearence, ferries etc. are covered by the haulier
